| Anchor Consulting Service (Anchor) is privileged to support the ongoing revision of the TIMRAN MEAL Manual — a strategic initiative aimed at strengthening adaptive programming, institutional accountability, organizational learning, and evidence-informed decision-making systems. As part of this broader engagement, a two-day MEAL Manual Orientation Workshop was successfully conducted on 27–28 April 2026 in Bishoftu, Ethiopia. The workshop provided a collaborative platform for technical reflection, strategic dialogue, and practical learning on innovative, context-responsive, and complexity-aware MEAL approaches tailored to the TIMRAN operational context. The engagement focused on strengthening participants’ understanding and application of: • Adaptive and complexity-aware MEAL systems • Accountability, ethical practice, and organizational learning • Theory of Change, Results Frameworks, and Logframe integration • Political economy analysis and advocacy monitoring • Monitoring, evaluation, and evidence generation systems • Data analysis, learning loops, and adaptive decision-making Through this partnership, Anchor reaffirms its commitment to supporting institutions in building robust MEAL systems that enhance learning, responsiveness, accountability, and sustainable development effectiveness.
