| I had the privilege of presenting the Organizational Capacity Assessment findings, conducted by Anchor Consulting Service, at the recent Learning and Experience Sharing Workshop organized by WHH Ethiopia in partnership with DEC and CoSAP Ethiopia. The assessment engaged 97 local CSOs, highlighting their progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. While CSOs demonstrate progress, several areas require further improvement, including governance, human resource management, resource mobilization, project monitoring, partnerships, advocacy, and the integration of gender, inclusion, safeguarding, and HRBA principles. Nonetheless, the active engagement of participants underscores a strong foundation for continued growth and impact. |
