Anchor Consulting Service is proud to have led a three-day training on Financial and Grant Management, Logical Framework Matrix (LFM), and Interim Narrative Reporting, organised by CJ in collaboration with UNODC and with financial support from the European Union, under the EU Support to Criminal Justice Reform in Ethiopia programme. Held from 5–7 May 2025, the training addressed critical capacity gaps identified through the Organisational Capacity Assessment (OCA) facilitated by Anchor Consulting Service. A total of 40 participants — including 16 women — from civil society organisations (CSOs) and universities took part. The sessions focused on: · EU-compliant financial and grant management practices · Effective use of the Logical Framework Matrix (LFM) · Preparation of interim narrative reports The training was interactive and solution-oriented, offering a space for participants to share challenges, exchange experiences, and co-create actionable solutions. At the conclusion, certificates were awarded by CJ and UNODC. In his closing remarks, Mr Kumsa, Executive Director of CJ, expressed appreciation for participants’ active engagement and reaffirmed CJ’s commitment to continued capacity building. He also acknowledged Anchor Consulting Service for its technical leadership in designing and delivering the training based on the OCA findings. Congratulations to the Anchor team and all partners for strengthening grant management and results-based reporting among Ethiopia’s justice reform stakeholders!
