| I am delighted to announce that Anchor Consulting Service has been awarded the End-Term Review of ESAP3 (2019-2024) by VNG International. Having contributed to the second phase of ESAP (2013-2016) as a Social Accountability (SA) and M&E expert with VNG International and other local SAIPs, it is incredibly rewarding to witness the continued success and impact of this transformative program. I am honored to lead the evaluation in this final phase, ensuring its lasting legacy. Today, I had the privilege of interviewing Meskerem Girma, the team leader of ESAP3, alongside my colleague Sosena Lemma, CD strengthening and safeguarding expert, as part of this assignment. I am excited for the journey ahead as we continue to drive impact and sustainability together! |
